We are delighted to announce that our NHS fundraiser film ‘These Are The Hands’ has been recognised at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards which recognises the very best in TV & Media across the year!
The film, directed by Tim Langford and edited by Plastic Pictures, features archive footage from the BFI of medical professionals through the ages, next to contemporary images of those working during Covid-19. The visuals are set to a reading of Michael Rosen’s famous poem, ‘These Are The Hands’ read by actor Iain Glen. Thank you to all the brilliant people who were involved in making this vital project happen.
We are delighted that the film was awarded a finalist certificate in the category Medical Films! You can view the full list of winners and their films here.
