The Clarion Awards celebrate both live and film entries across a range of categories including Diversity and Inclusion, Environment, Social Welfare and Health and Wellbeing. The Clarion Awards are back by popular demand following a break last year and we are really excited to see them return. Now more than ever, as climate change and diversity are being increasingly recognised as vital issues, we feel it is incredibly important to celebrate work that uses creativity and innovation to place these issues at the forefront.
This year we are seeking excellence across the screen and live event sectors, with a particular focus on innovative CSR that is making a real impact, as well as education initiatives. We are looking for work that takes in the global environment in which we now work, with a far-reaching, international emphasis. We want to see creativity that makes a difference.
We are working with Sam Wilson (Eco Events) to ensure that this is an entirely sustainable event, from our choice of awards to our wonderful Awards ceremony venue. If you haven’t had a chance to see the new Design Museum since its move to Kensington, the ceremony, which takes place on September 5th, is the perfect opportunity! This is the only place in the UK where the design industry, education and the public can come together to change the way people think about themselves and the future. They are committed to reflecting the designer’s role at the forefront of social, technological and environmental change. What better place to celebrate work that prioritises corporate social responsibility!
Entries close on June 10th, and we can’t wait to see what you have created.
