The Realise Award offers next gen talent in the events industry the opportunity to win mentorship with top event agencies.

Now in its third year, the award was set up to champion next gen talent and offer insight into the opportunities available within the corporate events sector.

This year’s mentors are Anna Green (Broadsword), James Simpkins (2Heads), Steve Eakins (Live Union) and Liz Zutshi (TTA). Thank you to all of you for giving your time and support to this scheme – we couldn’t do it without you.

Our mentors have selected two winners, but everyone on the shortlist will be offered a mentorship conversation with one of our mentors, a chance to ask their questions and get advice on their career development.

Mentorship will begin in September, and we hope that our entrants are able to develop their skills, be guided through their challenges and gain experience of, and insight into, our industry.
