Last week we released EVCOMference tickets, and this week we are delighted to release details of our opening session of the conference! Our first session of the morning is being led by Ronan Harrington, Partner at Tough Cookie, who work on helping people prevent mental health problems in the workplace by training staff in Mixed Mental Arts™. A powerful journey though playful experiments, cutting edge neurobiology and a toolkit of twelve practical techniques; it builds resilience through lasting behaviour change.
The key themes of this session will be leadership and resilience, two things that have been put to the test over the last 18 months, but that, as a result, we need more than ever! Ronan will explore the lessons that can be learned from successful leaders in practicing organisational and personal resilience for the future. Recently, he interviewed a raft of high performance business leaders from a wide range of industries and will be sharing what he, and they, have learnt about resilience in all its forms. He will examine how the best companies prevented burnout and the premise that COVID has humanised the workforce for good and will go on to explore how companies are preparing for ongoing uncertainty.
It’s going to be a fascinating session, and a great way to start the day. Get your tickets here, to enjoy this session and many more at EVCOMference on the 9th September, Hilton London Bankside Hotel. We are offering multiple different ticket price points, including a price point for freelancers and group discounts with a special bundle for Senior Leaders to take their Junior colleagues at a discounted rate.
We look forward to seeing you there!
