On 18th October, leaders of 20 of the leading UK agencies will attend for what promises to be an extremely insightful and informative discussion. We are delighted to be joined by Mark Bentley, Managing Editor and Victoria Page, Acquirer Relationship Manager from BCMS, a leading M&A consultancy specialising in advising shareholders and owner-managers looking to sell all or part of their business. This will be a closed session for Principals, Managing Directors and CEOs only. It will be conducted under Chatham House rules and the list of attendees will not be shared or published.
Mark explains: “Although more than 150 events businesses have sold in the last two years, the sector remains fragmented, and that means there are plenty of potential buyers out there for those who want to become part of a bigger group or move on to new adventures.’’
According to Victoria: “The wider creative sector is seeing new buyers emerge every couple of years, not all of them from a creative background. We’ll be exploring what that means for business owners looking to sell, and which parts of the industry are most in demand.”
