EVCOM Member Events Together are holding their annual ‘This Is Us‘ conference and awards, to advance and celebration diversity and inclusion in the workplace for everyone. Taking place on 12th January, the day event will feature talks, panel discussions and workshops from industry leaders, and will be followed by a spectacular awards dinner to applaud diversity and inclusion success across industries.
‘This is Us’ is an event about supporting and improving corporate cohesion and productivity in teams by championing inclusivity and diversity for all people in an organisation. The aim is to raise awareness, and champion and celebrate diversity & Inclusion in the workplace across the Midlands and East of England region. Diversity and Inclusion is being brought to the forefront of companies and should be recognised at a local level.
Topics the programme will be covering include: inclusive conversations, allyship, unity, mental health & wellbeing, education, recruitment and retention, how to track progress and how to look to the future.
The conference is aimed at members of internal and external networks/ alliance, learning and development professionals, educational establishments, SMEs, HR and recruitment professionals and D & I leaders across all industries.
