To celebrate this International Women’s Day (or week, in our books) we spoke to three inspirational women about their journeys, the challenges they’ve faced and the women who have in turn inspired them. They shared their thoughts on the pandemic and the impact it has had on women, on flexible working, on the way the industry is moving forwards. We have shared segments of each of these interviews over our social media channels this week, but below you can find longer version of these conversations, facilitated by Claire Fennelow (EVCOM, Executive Director) and filmed by the brilliant team at Plastic Pictures.
