A sexual health education film for young teenagers (13-16yrs olds) to inform them about Sexually Transmitted Infections and the risks of contracting STI’s from unprotected sex. It indicates the symptoms and consequences of STI’s in a fun and engaging manner to leave a lasting impression with the kids.
The film had to appeal to boys and girls in the 13-16 age group. It will be shown within the PSHE & Science lesson plan and delivered by teachers, school nurses and supervisors in schools, pupil referral units and children’s homes.
The film was commissioned by Sanofi Pasteur as part of their CSR remit associated with their school vaccination programme for the HPV virus (an STI).
MEASURES OF IMPACT AND EFFECTIVENESS
It will be measured through an evaluation survey sent back from school teachers and nurses.
