Conference Contacts is one of the most experienced global event management companies in the UK, and in 2017, will celebrate 30 years delivering creative event solutions for clients all over the world.

Founded in 1986 by Chief Executive Officer Denise Ellis following a successful career in five-star hotels, both in the UK and South Africa, her love of events and travel, together with her inside knowledge of the hospitality business has ensured she has a book of contacts that is the envy of the industry.  Driven by a quest to find new and exciting venues and create ‘out of the box’ event solutions, her energy and passion are infectious!

With an international portfolio of clients, understanding their goals, needs and cultures has seen Conference Contacts create hundreds of effective experiences. Working in over 5,200 venues across all 7 continents, for everyone from FTSE 100 companies and multinationals to thrusting young start-ups, nearly 90% of our projects are repeat business – the result of knowledge, experience and outstanding client delivery.

A lot of our work goes unnoticed, and that’s just the way it should be. It means everything is working just as planned. In reality, inviting, flying, transferring, welcoming, feeding, accommodating, inspiring and delivering a fabulous experience for 1250 people in Dubai demands exceptional organisational skills. But so too does a roadshow for 50 delegates in Exeter.
