2021 Report

This 2021, we had our fair share of challenges. We saw the continuation of restrictions due to Covid-19, and began to face the negative impacts of Brexit on our industry. We have spent the year supporting our members through these changes, via our virtual programme of knowledge-sharing events, our content and campaigning. This year saw us put a renewed focus on young people’s involvement in EVCOM and the industry. We set up a shadow board and worked with them towards initiatives dedicated to young people. We also brought back EVCOMference as an in person event, and celebrated the EVCOM London Live and Film Awards and the Fellowship Awards in real life!
