One of Europe’s fastest growing agencies, CTL Communications, has made two senior hires as it plots out the next phase of expansion. Hope Lewington joins as Creative Director with a brief to elevate creativity and deliver innovation that includes greater use of technology in our products and services. Matt de Gruchy joins as Chief Growth Officer. He will lead business development activity across the agency and work on elevating our offer in strategic communications. Hope and Matt bring a combined 40+ years of experience in creative, comms, branding and marketing in the health/life sciences and allied sectors.
These appointments are the beginning of a new phase in CTL’s growth. The agency has built an industry leading team, recognized with multiple awards for creativity, engagement and compelling communication experiences. Headcount has grown more than 10x in less than 5 years with a diverse team of nearly 100 including an in-house design studio to deliver clients one-stop shop solutions. The business works on more than 300 projects a year all over the world.
CTL announced recently a strategic investment in Sacher AI as part of an emerging technology and innovation strategy.
