Anouk Witkowska Hiffler

Anouk Witkowska Hiffler is a writer-director from Paris who is currently studying film at the University of Westminster. She graduated from the Lycée Georges Brassens, an arts high school with honours. She has been writing for years and got a special prize in Freiburg-in-Breisgau for one of her short stories. Currently, she is directing a short film about a female jazz drummer shooting in July. She is also co-writing a feature film with her long-established writing partner, in development with a French producer. She is very interested in all forms of political filmmaking, and the challenge of making films in a sustainable way – she is striving to make films that matter.
