We are delighted to end the year with a success story! Our first ever virtual ceremony, the EVCOM Clarion Awards, won the Best Event (non-conference) category at the Association Awards UK 2020! This event was such a learning curve for us, a chance for us to pivot on a larger-scale having launched our virtual knowledge sharing programme earlier in the year. The ceremony was broadcast live from the DRPG studios, and featured a programme of cocktail making, music and of course the reveal of our winners. Because of the restrictions of Covid-19, we decided to focus on producing a ceremony that held sustainability and accessibility at its core. Thank you to the team at DRPG, and to everyone involved in the ceremony for your hard work.

Our projects ‘These Are The Hands’ and ‘EVCOM Sessions: The Virtual Programme’ were also recognised as finalists in the categories Best Membership Engagement and Best eLearning/ Online Education respectively.
