Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our first webinar of September. We were joined by Julie Sander (Sequel Group), Naz Sadri (MerchantCantos) and Jane Sayers (Shell), with Rebecca Leonard (Sequel Group) facilitating a discussion centering around internal communications.
The panel shared their top tips for strong internal comms, recommending regularity, whilst stressing the importance of good production values. They agreed that working from home during the pandemic has highlighted the importance of internal communications to many companies, and said that they hoped internal communications were moving up the agenda. They discussed ways to increase employee engagement with the comms available and shared their expertise around how to do UGC well. Authenticity and trust were identified as key areas for internal communications to deliver on and build. Thank you to our wonderful panelists and facilitator for sharing their knowledge!
