In response to the effects of COVID-19, a free emergency NHS recruitment film, designed to be personalised and adapted for use by any NHS Trust in the United Kingdom, has been created by content creation agency and EVCOM Member Inspired Films, with numerous Trusts having already requested the film since it was made available at the end of April.
The film has been produced to aid the NHS in the biggest challenge it has faced in its history to date – a struggle to maintain the necessary frontline staffing levels required to effectively manage the Coronavirus pandemic.
It is currently being utilised by nearly a dozen NHS Trusts, covering 72 hospitals across the country, who between them collectively serve over 17 million people, or a quarter of the UK population.
Designed to be fully adaptable, each NHS Trust has been offered their own unique version of the broadcast-quality film, which includes a personalised voiceover, bespoke branding, specialised content, and a targeted call to action.
Creative Director of Inspired Films, Louis Paltnoi said when COVID-19 struck, as a company and as a team, Inspired Films wanted to do something to help, not just their existing hospital clients but the NHS as a whole.
