Performance Review Code Red helps managers improve employee performance by illustrating a practical approach to difficult performance review meetings. It demonstrates techniques for dealing with the three performance reviews that most managers dread: the employee about to resign; the employee who takes criticism personally and the employee who takes control.
The film is used by managers who need to conduct annual appraisals or performance reviews: in particular those who have to deal with difficult employees or raise performance issues. The film is used across a wide range of organisations to deliver internal training via the Video Arts ON>DEMAND video platform; either online or in training seminars using the associated trainer’s pack.

This film has already proved extremely popular with clients and the project’s success will be measured by the number of organisations choosing to use the film for employee learning and development. Since its launch, two months ago, the film has already received over 2,000 previews.
