The project aimed to bring together the ENRC’s 150 global leaders. This had never been attempted before so the event needed to create this new working-group and make it feel like a team. With language barriers to navigate and legislation to address, the event needed to be slick and effective.
The audience comprised ENRC’s 150 leaders from across the globe. The event needed to be delivered in the company’s two primary languages, English & Russian, without appearing to favour one over the other. The programme included full conferences sessions, a get to know you exhibition, iPad interaction was central to the event, as well as team building activities at the Yas Marina F1 Circuit.
MEASURES OF IMPACT AND EFFECTIVENESS
Success was measured using the digital systems put in place pre, during and post event. Delegates were measured against key benchmarks relating to the 150 group programme and a shift in understanding was tracked.
