Improved internal communication and interaction between senior leaders across SABMiller is vital to achieve better global integration. The Source was developed to help achieve this objective. It features a wealth of rich media, including more than 50 videos, and the facility for direct two-way dialogue between leaders.

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE

The Source is aimed at the top 700 leaders in SABMiller, the world’s second largest brewer, which has some 70,000 employees operating in more than 75 countries. It is a password-protected website that can be viewed by its target audience online and via an app – and it is supported by a Source-branded email update that is sent to the target audience every two weeks to highlight new content.

Total monthly visits: increased from 805 to 4,810

Total unique visitors: increased from 165 to 532

Total page views: increased from 4,730 to 23,459

Average page views per visit: increased from 4.7 to 8.1
