PROJECT AIMS

This film’s aim was to raise substantial donations in one night by being unashamedly hard-hitting and emotional, moving donors to give more money than originally intended.  It also needed to show them that science is progressing.  That, by funding research, they can make a difference and change the future.

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE

The audience was 750 guests at a fundraising dinner. The film was the central part of the evening, and the only opportunity donors had to truly see the devastating reality of boys living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and the tragic impact this fatal disease has on them and their families.

The film will also be used at future events and meetings, subject to the strict music copyright agreement in place.

 

MEASURES OF IMPACT AND EFFECTIVENESS

Measured by money raised.

The client: ‘The film has exceeded all expections. We raised close to £1 million on the night, far and above what we envisaged possible. The film was not just a contributing factor to our success, but in many ways, was THE contributing factor.’
