PROJECT AIMS

The drpgroup Boom launch aimed to launch the drpgroup’s new office while promoting the drpgroup brand to its clients, current and potential. The event incorporated experiential elements and a celebratory feel to deliver its objectives. New business generation and increased understanding of the different drpdivisions was key to event success

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE

The audience comprised over 100 key drpgroup clients and suppliers and the event took the form of an experiential drinks reception, interactive office tour, gala dinner with surprise entertainment and full projection mapped finale with pyrotechnics. The event was themed around the building’s history as a 2nd World War spitfire and munitions factory while also weaving in the latest technology to create a contrast between past and future.

 

MEASURES OF IMPACT AND EFFECTIVENESS

The success of the event was measured in sales terms. How many clients either placed orders as a result of the event and how much of the new technology was incorporated into projects. All objectives were met, with the bonus of clients understanding the different divisions increasing measurably.
