PROJECT AIMS

Health Education England wanted to launch their brand by celebrating the breadth and expertise of frontline roles in the NHS – and emotionally engage staff and public by illustrating the integral part played by the skill and compassion of NHS staff in all our lives, from cradle to the grave.

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE

The film was used to launch HEE at a number of events – but intended primarily for NHS staff and the public over the next 24-36 months as part of a broader online strategy for HEE. The film is also available to other NHS organizations, and careers/recruiting organizations to demonstrate the range of activities carried out by NHS staff.

 

MEASURES OF IMPACT AND EFFECTIVENESS

Measured over 24 months within a broader brand strategy. HEE wanted the audience to engage emotionally with their work, smile, cry and sense their own value. It was a huge success, with stratospheric approval ratings and feedback from staff and public during a period of great public scrutiny for NHS.
