PROJECT AIMS

The app was a central element in the 150 Group engagement process, bringing together ENRC’s global business leaders from countries around the world. The app needed to facilitate discussion, provide a complete picture of the event and would be integral to measurement of the event’s success.

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE

The audience comprised 150 of ENRC’s leaders from around the world, coming together for the first time to create a new leadership group. The App needed to be delivered in both English and Russian and be easily switched between the two. The app was used at all times during the event providing delegates with information and key networking opportunities, it also facilitated discussion, garnering feedback for analysis.

 

MEASURES OF IMPACT AND EFFECTIVENESS

Success was noted through the universal use of the App at the event and its use in harvesting data for post event analysis. The App facilitated multiple networking opportunities and also ensured that delegates, no matter the language felt included in event programming.
