Objectives

Mobile Promotions is one of the UK’s leading roadshow specialists, providing a full range of services for campaigns and events on the road, both in the UK and internationally. The company is a long term partner of International commercial vehicle manufacturer Iveco and was chosen to activate a twofold event campaign to launch its new Stralis Hi-Way truck in February and March 2013.

Production Values

The roadshow campaign was directly aimed at engaging with truck drivers and operators in their place of work, travelling to seven strategically planned national truckstops departing in February 2013 in the South East and travelling for one month to the final destination in Scotland.

Overall Effectiveness

The campaign was measured against previous static campaigns and proved a huge success, generating enquiries for over £6 million in sales. 403 drivers completed the feedback forms which on average showed scores above nine in all questions, which included exterior, interior and driving experience. In addition to completing feedback forms, 98 test drives were taken. The dealer network events were attended by 140 customers and quickly delivered eight direct quotes, four orders and four demo requests.
