Once a year, 220 members of Vodafone’s Global Senior Leadership Team (SLT) attend a 3 day strategy event. The delegates spend time exploring key company themes, challenges, initiatives and insights – presented by a range of group and local market leaders – with the aim of ensuring that everyone feels focused on company priorities and objectives.
We started by considering the highly experienced audience and how best to interact with them, ideally using a technologically advanced solution. We designed and developed an innovative conference agenda with an interactive main plenary. We wanted a fusion of creativity and technology that would fulfil all the client’s objectives in a single concept.
Delegates rated the overall event experience at 4.4. In 2013 it was 4.2, showing that the event succeeded in improving the delegate experience despite being in the same venue.
