Objectives

400 UK&I partners from EY gathered at the Hilton London Metropole in March 2014 for two days. The client’s brief was based on one simple idea: The recession was over, at least in the UK, and economic growth would create opportunities for EY to realise an ambitious long-term corporate strategy.

Production Values

In our response, we focused on the key words: Fresh – Fun – Ambitious – Bold – Empowering – Confident.

Overall Effectiveness

A survey after the conference gave the following results:

• 87% left the event feeling more engaged and excited about the UK&I firm’s direction

• 86% agreed that the look and feel of the event were best in class

• 78% felt empowered and ready to engage their teams about the future

• 92% believed the conference achieved its overall aim of delivering a great learning and networking experience.
