Objectives

As a major initiative the team decided to overhaul the company’s annual customer event – ‘TCS Summit Europe’ was turned it into a high decibel event which was a culmination of competition mapping and devising a strategy to differentiate it from existing competitors events in Europe.

Production Values

An existing event had to be completely transformed from an event for ‘IT Geeks’ to an event that ‘Board members’ clamoured to be invited.

Overall Effectiveness

The event was a landmark success.
