Objectives

Having been through a significant period of growth and change, and as part of their 3 day conference, the Leadership team at Almirall, www.almirall.co.uk wanted to hold a one day session, to re-invigorate the organisation, around the values of Almirall UK and engage employees in the behaviours and attributes that build the culture through tangible experiences and interactions.

Production Values

Through partnership working with the Head of HR and the Head of L & D, we created a Love Almirall day, which gave the delegates three experiences.

Overall Effectiveness

In terms of measurement and effectiveness,  we believe the balance of comments show an overwhelming positivity towards the Love Almirall sessions, which for us and our client, meant that the objectives had been met.
