We consider ourselves to be a business partner to many of our clients rather than just event, logistics and venue finding suppliers and support them through every stage – from producing a detailed budget to delegate registration and communications, logistics planning, accommodation, transportation and reconciliation of their final accounts.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Event Management Intern to join our busy Operations Team, in our offices in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
The intern position will ideally commence at the beginning January and run through to the end of June, with a possibility to extend to permanent.
As the successful candidate, you will provide support to and learn about all areas of the business – venue finding, delegate management, event management and administration. The position requires an organised professional who is willing to learn, works in a timely and efficient manner, and thrives in a busy, deadline-driven environment. The role is predominantly office based, 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of our business some additional office hours may be required. On occasion time working away (UK Domestic & International) will be required (evenings and weekends), these will recompensed.
This internship would suit a recent graduate wishing to gain experience in event management and comes with a salary and 20 days annual leave.
Skills & minimum requirements:
- IT Literate – proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint
- Active working knowledge of social media products – LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter
- Excellent written English, verbal & presentation skills (additional languages will be viewed favourably)
- Good UK and International geographic knowledge
- Qualifications in Event Management (beneficial)

- Effective personable communicator
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Capable of working on own initiative
- Aptitude for multi-tasking
