ABOUT THE ROLE

“We are looking to find a tenacious Account Executive to work on a flagship automotive account.

We work on some very high profile events, getting involved in the full sponsorship activation process for premium sporting and cultural events.

We get involved in every aspect of the event planning and delivery and work closely with our client and an integrated marketing agency team to ensure consistency across all brand communications.

We are looking for a team player who is confident to assist colleagues and help to ensure that our projects run smoothly. You will be integral in delivering a wide range of events as a team for a client with the very highest of standards. The ideal candidate will already have 1 year of experience in a similar role and be looking for a new challenge. You will have meticulous attention to detail and top class organisational skills and will be passionate about being involved in the delivery of events.”

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

A TRO Account Executive will be expected to support a wider team in the implementation of end-to-end projects. Main duties include:

Working as part of an account team to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects.

Accurately responding to briefs and requests given to you by your account team.

Assisting colleagues with the formation of budgets and negotiating with suppliers.

Attending brainstorm sessions and taking an active role in the creative process.

Preparing agendas, attending client meetings and writing contact reports as appropriate.

Working with relevant teams (including logistics, creative, staffing, IT, finance) as directed by managers.

Playing an active support role at live events.

Running ad-hoc errands quickly and efficiently.

Being an all-round good egg – executing all of the above with a smile on your face and a spring in your step.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1 years of experience in a similar role is desirable

A positive attitude: can-do, passionate, ambitious, flexible and willing to get stuck in.

Proven organisational skills along with solid IT skills (good knowledge of the Office Suite) are a must.

First class communication skills and an obvious passion for live events and experiential marketing is essential.
